2. If a gift certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission, a replacement will not be provided in these circumstances.

3. Gift certificates are mailed to the address provided at the time of purchase, unless otherwise specified prior to purchase. Mailed with Canada Post.

4. When making a purchase online, you will be required to provide a mailing address for the gift certificate to be sent to. Additionally, the purchaser's name will be displayed as the sender on the gift certificate.
